Gigabyte Motherboard not displaying

Have a gigabyte GA-K8N Pro-SLI MoBo. Bios wont post (as far as i can tell). No display what-so-ever on monitor. Using a GigaByte GV-NX66T256DE graphics card. I think its the gigabyte Nvidia geforce 6850. Graphics card is good, already tested, and PSU is good. RAM is good pulled out of another comp, and MoBo has worked before but put it in storage since i needed a PSU. What should i do?
