NCIS, formerly known as NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, is an American police procedural drama television series revolving around a fictional team of special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, which conducts criminal investigations involving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
The concept and characters were initially introduced in two episodes of the CBS series JAG (season eight episodes "Ice Queen" and "Meltdown"). The show, a spin-off from JAG, premiered on September 23, 2003 on CBS and, to date, has aired nine full seasons and has gone into syndicated reruns on USA Network, Cloo (formerly Sleuth), and Ion Television. if it's worse than others I'd assume it's because when people lose they can and will blame it on their team. it also takes up a lot of time so people get invested.

actually teh answer has two main sources
a) the community is GIGANTINORMOUS, so your bad behaviour never comes back to you because you always play with new people
b) when you lose, there are 4 other people on your team to blame. this also has the effect that 4 times out of 5 it is your team mates making the dumbtarded mistakes, so eveyrbody is convinced they are DA BEST PLAYUR EVAR while everybody else is DA WORS
