I can see the field of podcasts getting crowded, yes. So in that way you are going to see a lot of C-list celebrities and radio personalities fail to make the jump, and that will be called the bubble bursting; however, you are going to have juggernaut networks that stay around. Right now Podcasting is in this flux where you have people trying to start a podcast and then turn that podcast into a network. Mohr was on Smodco, and is now trying to do his own thing for example. You are going to have all of these successful shows try to be their own network, and yes, that bubble will burst. But the already successful networks, I believe, are going to stick around.

Aside from internet fame being fleeting and disappearing as fast as it appears (unless one really endeavors at it and adapts with the internet), Carolla's fame is going to burst the moment a democrat is out of the office of the president or the moment the conditions in the country turn around for the better, whichever comes first.

Yes and he will become a penniless pauper while you succeed and win praise and love blah blah can we move on already?

Oh man is it time to play "I don't like this conversation so I'm going to condescend toward those engaging in it"? Let me get my party hat and tiny violin!

I mean I don't know we can continue to talk about your various fantasies about the downfall of everyone you don't like as if this were a fourth grade diary under your bed but that's pretty self centered.

Take it down a notch, dude.

Uh oh. There are probably going to be quite a lot of people very angry about this.

It also means that the number 1 rider in the world rankings doesn't get to race in the WorldTour, which is going to be a bit odd.

Cycling road racing. There are eighteen teams that get to race in the highest division of competition, which includes the three Grand Tours. Whether you get to race at this level depends on the accumulated points of all of its riders from the previous season, plus some other factors and the application of a weighting formula known only to the UCI.

This year, there were 19 teams likely to be permitted to register, so speculation has been running rampant as to who would be dropped, with popular opinion suggesting that Saxo-Tinkoff would be the team dropped because the vast majority of their points were won by Alberto Contador, who was banned (and therefore those points aren't supposed to count). Katusha, who have been dropped from registration, have in their lineup Joaquin Rodriguez, who is currently ranked number 1 in the world, and who is going to have to spend next season racing in the lower tier.

Saxo-Tinkoff are also popularly believed to be one of the most corrupt teams still involved in the sport at the highest level, which is partly why people are likely to be quite so angry.

My biggest XCOM surprise was when I was attacking a downed alien ship. My sniper, with her skeleton suit' grappling hook attachment, scooted up to the higher ground on the second level and hugged a nearby door frame. The next turn she peeped inside and triggered a team of two mutons and a huge berserker monster, the berserker immediately running over towards her position. Now these berserkers are huge and there's no way they can fit through a doorway so I figured I would snipe the two lowly aliens with Double Tap and the big dude would take the long way around to get to my sniperette. What actually happened, though, is even though I easily killed the two mutons, the berserker PUNCHED THROUGH THE WALL WITH HIS BARE FISTS and made a hole big enough that he could squeeze through. The collapsing wall took off half my sniper's life. I made her use her grappling hook next turn to get to the top of the ship out of harm's way where she had to sit on the roof for the rest of the mission.
