Profile Locked?

So it says when I go to edit my profile that my Title/Location are locked? Are those supposed to be locked? Is there a way the administration can unlock those for me if they are not supposed to be? I like to be able to swap my title with my avatar to match characters created to RP in forum games, and it happens to be stuck on a rather outdated/random one. I've seen it lock itself like this before, and then after a while it sorted itself out, but it has been stuck on this one for quite a while for whatever reason. No idea what causes it, or if it is something that is intentional.
