Game recommendations for my wife, a Keflings/Sims fan

Hey everyone,
my wife is wanting to play some more games (yes!!!) like World of Keflings and the Sims on XBox (or iOS devices), and I need some help finding good ones. I currently have both Keflings games, and will be picking up Sims 3, but would love to have some more options for her to try. She likes building things games, where you can improve characters too. I've tried suggesting Minecraft, Outpost Kaloki X, Civ Rev while digging through the XBLA store, but none of those seemed to peak her interest. So I turn to you, fellow forumites, for some good recommendations.
