CS / Steam Connection Problems

For a couple months now, CS Source has been unable to find any server lists. The game loads to the main screen, but literally no servers are listed. Recently, Steam stopped connecting. I oppened the ports it told me to, but to no avail.
It's not a problem with my firewall. They both worked before, and I haven't changed any firewall settings. I have double checked this, and it's set to allow Steam, CS, HL2, and everything related.
I can't confirm, but I think it may have stopped working after an update.
Has anyone had this problem, and does anyone know how I can fix this?
I also checked HL2 Deathmatch, and it has the same problem.
