Logging in from firefox causes miniature front page to appear

So this is an on and off issue. I have not been able to recreate it, and it once fixed its self. but yeah, title says it all, here is an image.

While it is happening logging in from different locations still works. It booted me to this an hour ago while i was using firefox. And i can't think of a thing that changed during the time.
