Problem with my mp3-player

Hullo,

I've got quite a fancy MP3-player:



However, there's something wrong: whenever it finishes one song and skips to the next, it stops working, the screen will freeze and nothing will happen until I reset it.

Here's the website of the player http://www.q-be.net/ . The picture shows all but 3 buttons, I've got a reset button on the bottom, a menu button on the side with which I can pick songs and change some sound settings. There's also a lock-button.

I don't like their customer support, it's really slow, last time something was wrong with it (older model) I had to send it to them, it took them four months, just to send me a new one back. I am flat out of ideas on how to fix it, I tried resetting and formatting and that is pretty much all I can think of.

For the record: the files on it were .mp3 and contained no viruses. The batteries are full and I didn't pee on it.

So I'm asking if anyone knows what else I could try to save my player.

Yeah unfortunetly their help is pretty much what you'll be stuck with. I've had a lot of good experiences with my Ipod its tough as nails to, if you need to get a new one I'd definetly suggest an Ipod.

An iPod nano is about 4 times larger than my current player. :P If all else fails I'll get one of those phone+mp3players, they look useful and it would save some space in my pockets.
