Trying to remember a movie [solved]

I've been trying to remember what this movie was for years and it's finally started to drive me nuts.
I remember seeing this on TV in the mid 90's, I think it was probably made sometime around them but I can't be sure. It was a male protagonist, either late teens or early mid twenties. He had some crazy night where I think he might have been on some sort of drug, and while that's happening he gets introduced to these twin girls, called Winky and Blinky. I think much sexing takes place. Sometime later (maybe the next day, not sure), things start to go very bad for the dude and he's panicking. He goes to the house/apartment where he met Winky and Blinky, and their dad answers the door. The girls are there in the background looking all innocent and pretending not to remember him, and he feels like he's going crazy.
Does that sound familiar to anyone? I don't even know if it's any good, I just feel like I need to see this again to get it out of my system.
