my advice: Find the closest casino to Philly, see if there's a cheap casino junket you can take. I usually fly on allegient air for 120 bucks a trip, you just have to go to vegas, then to wherever you really want to go. You do this by booking the in-flight of one weekend junket and the out-flight of another. There might be an east of the Mississippi equivalent. Also, look for flights where philly is a stopover on a cheap, long flight...say Atlanta to anchorage...there's no law against missing your connection.
You can also look up what are called Essential Air Service airports and price flying between them. They're kept open by the government, so sometimes they're cheap to fly in or out of.

I mean we aren't getting married or anything yet (gosh) but I think I'll try and figure some more stuff out with him so I can have a home base of sorts to return to once I neglect him again for random characters
