That's a really nice photo of a lovely spider! I don't know what kind it is off the top of my head, since I'm still not as versed in spiders as I'd like to be.

Look at that six-pack. I think what we are dealing with is the infamous American Manly Spider.
Although chances are that this is the female of the species!
My first thought was a green version of the golden silk orb weaver, though. Every year we seem to get one that makes a nice web in front of our house. I doubt it's that kind of spider, but it's a nice picture.
