Saw this mentioned on Giant Bomb's "I Love Mondays." Looks pretty fucking cool.

Xbox Indie right now, it's like 3 bucks (240 points). PC later, and here's the Steam Greenlight page for it.

It looks like an arcade sim, like a sim of an arcade! And it looks pretty neat!

I added it to my download queue, will definitely give it a shot when I get home tonight.

I downloaded the trial of this the other day and keep forgetting to play it. It does look super cool though and I do want to give it a shot.

Ok, did the trial, pretty neat. Feels a bit on the cheap, the Avatars just appear in your arcade, but seems deep enough. Those fuckers were buying the shit out of my soda, too! I think I'll drop the 3 bucks on it. The devs seem intent on updating, so that's cool.

Now, I just need a better name than Ballz Arcade.

Sadly, it looks like Ballz Arcade is here to stay.

Bought it, played for a bit last night. Fun. With a little more time put into developing it, it would feel like a $20 plus game. As it stand, $3 is perfect. It culls from your friend's Avatar list for the patrons, so I've had a gold Master Chief buying tons of soda and playing an Asteroids knock-off.

I'm still in 1980 and they say there are 80+ arcade games. I wonder if that means big, sit-down games and eventually a Street Fighter knock-off or if it's just classic stuff. Anyway, still neat.

    Joan of Arcade

    Penny Arcade :D

Everyone has a price. Throw enough gold around and someone will risk disintegration.

Ok, played a bit more last night. Got some sit-down games, got a cocktail game, added the power to do double the games in the arcade, bought a jukebox so sick 80's tunes are bumping.

It's a cool little game. It might be a little low impact, there could be a few more things to do, but it's neat. Running an arcade in the heyday is pretty grand.

Hmmm, sounds like some actual effort went into this XBLIG release. I might have to check it out.
