Alex- Super small cost (lost first), his ability is to lose first to keep everyone else alive
Amy- High cost (strong player), teams up with others to kill.
Erika- high cost (experienced person), teams up with others to strike first (basically makes amy/erika team up unstoppable)
Katie- Middle ground for cost/strength, has a redraw ticket
Lexxy- Strong cost/strength (experienced person), when she loses, she comes back the next turn even stronger (one time)
Mac- Strong defense, isn't offensive. Takes the hit to protect every other artist.
Maki- has a redraw ticket, and when attacked, turns into the maki pinapple
Pinapple Maki- Untouchable super strong monster for two turns
Monica- When defending alone, she shuts down the attacker
Nick- supports and strengthens other artists offensively and defensively
Tavis- takes his time to support and protect another artist one on one
Ty- can't hit hard, but can take a lot of hits and can't be stopped by weak people

Lexxy's undying and AmErika's soulbonded insta-kill are genius.
Cards are awesome(though a tiny bit biased IMHO) if the attack/defense are based on arting attack needs to be stepped up for Katie. Also her challenge wins puts her high on the offense.

Pretty sure that one was a forgone conclusion as soon as Abby drew cats.
I love that as soon as Tavis heard what her comic concept was, he knew it was over. Say one thing for Abby Howard, say she knows her way around a cat comic.
That was also far and away the best reaction out of Mike & Jerry while reading the comic.
Abby has to be everyone's top pick to win at this point. That was a fantastic comic. I can't conceive of the imagination that picks cats and cars and comes up with double crotch kitties.
One, the "fake you are going out" had to happen at some point. We all were waiting for it.
Two, even if now I'm more on team tangent than ever, I still thing Katie can win this.
Each of these past few and following next eliminations will be about getting a good idea. Tavis got nothing, out he went. In a possible Katie vs. Abby fight, it will be the same, It's up to whoever has a good idea.
That being said, I think Abby has the advantage that her ideas are simpler and therefore easier to pull off in 90 min.

That's what I'm talkin' about, I'm still laughing at that comic 10 minutes later.
Didn't someone actually call that Abby would be unstoppable if she specifically pulled out of the basket exactly what she pulled out of the damned basket.
I'm still team Katie but damn, Abby's a force. I like them all these guys more and more with each thunderdome. It's a shame someone has to, y'know, leave afterwards.
The few remaining elimination episodes are going to be incredible.

I feel like I should turn on Abby for stating she hates theatre. That's a huge part of my livelihood. But she likes cats, sass, and C.H.U.D., so I can't stay mad at her. Time to go read through her archives again.

Seeing the reaction to Abby's comic in the judging phase was just great. Hope she watched it; I think seeing the two judges just burst out into uncontrollable laughter would be a pretty good feeling.
Shame to see Tavis go though. His comic wasn't bad but it's hard convey humorous intent without words.(Not impossible and it isn't like he completely failed it's just... hard.) Seemed like a great guy with skills to pay the probably not metaphorical bills. (Has a kid after all.) Although he quoted TVTropes which makes him a terrible person. (/hypocritical humor)

I think if the mouse-shaped car had been a little clearer Tavis' joke would've worked better. I really like his small details though, like the wrecked car behind them on the freeway.
