Replacing a drive in a RAID 5

My ABIT KN9 SLI board has an integrated Nvidia RAID controller. I've got three 500 GB SATA Seagate drives configured in a RAID 5 array. This has worked perfectly for a good while but one of the drives is dead. Tonight I was planning on replacing it and rebuilding the array but I've never done that before.

My main question is how long will this take? The server will need to be back up and running by tomorrow morning. Any other advice?
