What to do in Dallas for 5 hours

So, I am going to be in Dallas TX and will have about 5 hours of free time. Any advise on what I should do or see while there?

What ever it is I need to stay sober through out. money is not to big of an issue but I do not want to break the bank.

I will be starting off near the airport as as well as need to end up back at it. Also I will not have a car but I do not have an aversion to public transit. Finally it will be on a Wednesday if that makes any difference.

    If you're flying out of DFW that's not a whole lot of time to do much. The airport is really in between Dallas and Fort Worth, maybe 30-45 min from both if you're taking public transit. Grapevine is a bit closer up north and it's a nice place. What do you like to do?

    As far as things I like to do I was wondering if there were any "sights" that I should see while there.

    This place sounds really cool and is only 30 min away from the airport. Totally doable!

    I grew up at Tornado Terry's and would take a trip back just to go. Played Sunset Riders to completion sooo many times with my brothers

    Maybe visit the Dallas Aquarium (they've got some bigass white crocodiles, last time I saw)?,

    Dealey Plaza (there's an X in the road to mark exactly where JFK was shot).

    Hit up a Rudy's and get some brisket?

    Although I have no idea how to do any of that stuff without a car in Texas.
