Help me remember this Sci-fi movie?

This movie was on netflix about two years ago. The premise is that the main character and his wife return from a hiking trip which they took over the weekend. The main character works for some sort of government agency or research project(can't exactly remember). The humans are either at war with aliens or machines but either way they have the ability to "clone people" and send in these drones that go on suicide missions at political leaders. Basically he gets flagged as a machine and is on the run through out the movie. His wife works at a hospital which he eventually gets to later in the movie after being in the sewer and meeting up with a wesley snipes looking guy. Basically in the end, it turns out that he and his wife are both the drones and the guy you thought to be bad was the good guy after all. The movie ends with the main character exploding taking out all the important characters if I remember correctly.
I realize that this is a bit of a rant of a description but I've been looking for this movie for ever again and now I'm feeling desperate! :P
