Desk and Keyboard Tray

Hi all,
Not sure if this would be the best place to post this or maybe the Help/Advice board. For the last year I have been suffering with pretty bad RSI (tendonitis) in my wrists, elbows, and forearms. Partly, this is unavoidable due to my job (programming). I've found that using a fully adjustable keyboard tray at work and typing in a proper ergonomic position does help reduce the pain. For the most part I've had to avoid using the computer and games at home which sucks. This is especially true because my computer set up at home isn't ergonomic.
I've looked into a few things for desks/keyboard trays online. Everything I've found seems to cost around three to four hundred dollars for just the trays. I wondered if anyone here has dealt with this and has any good suggestions for desks/keyboard trays to look into that might be a little more affordable. Just curious what others might know of.
Thanks!

Have you looked around office furniture stores, that kind that sell to businesses? They tend to have used furni that's proper office quality for a better price. Like, since I'm in Seattle, I'd be going to Ducky's.

life's a game that you're bound to lose / like using a hammer to pound in screws
fuck up once and you break your thumb / if you're happy at all then you're god damn dumb
that's right we're on a fucked up cruise / God is dead but at least we have booze
bad things happen, no one knows why / the sun burns out and everyone dies

I haven't, but I'm not entirely sure I have anything like that near me. I'll have to check. I live in a pretty small town that misses out on a lot of stuff unfortunately. There is a Staples and Officemax (I think), but those are about my only options locally for furniture. That and other places like Target/Walmart with pretty cheap stuff. We do have a proper furniture store, but everything in there isn't really office quality either. It's more like something someone would have in an old home for decorative purposes. Do any of these types of places have online options?
