tickets never received

First let me start off by saying my friend got the tickets off of eBay. He never received his tickets and we are leaving tonight. We know he can get a refund via eBay but is there anyway he can get it we already payes for a hotel and train ticket

    PAX officially sells tickets via eBay? I'm going to assume that you bought them from someone through eBay, right?

    While I agree that being insensitive is an issue, so is being oversensitive.

    I'm going out on a limb and say that PAX isn't really responsible for 3rd-party sales. Unfortunately, that means you may be out of luck for immediately dealing with that issue.

    However, you may still be able to get tickets from people locally, but that of course means dealing with scalpers (I can't believe scalpers have dug their dirty claws into PAX). You could check craigslist or try your luck with eBay again if you wanted, but I'm not vouching for either.

    Whatever happens, make sure you virtually smack the dealer from eBay and report them. Their ineptness may have cost you a weekend.

    Tickets from ebay and they never arrived? I'd hazard a guess that you guys might have just gotten scammed.

    It sucks, but I would never trust tickets from a third party seller.

    Thanks guys! Really helpful it actually seems theres a post from the guy under me saying it was lost in the mail. Well assuming its the same guy

    @l2kmike See if you can get in touch with the guy and force him to overnight the tickets. That's complete garbage if it was "just a post" that was supposed to be how you were informed you weren't receiving the tickets. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, man.

    Sucks, but PAX can't be responsible for tickets not purchased through PAX.
