In Registration Queue for an Hour?

My wife has been in the Registration Queue for an hour. Is this expected? How long should we wait before assuming it's broken and we've lost our place in queue? I've started two new queue sessions on my PC, and they're both over 30 minutes old.

    There's already a thread for registration. Also the folks at Reed Expo and Showclix are aware of the issues and are working on it.
