Desktop will not recognize TV to display.
Hello everyone,
I'm looking to try to get my desktop to display on my TV and i'm running into issues. I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 TI graphics card on my desktop and I can't get it to recognize my TV. My TV is a Sharp 46-inch LC-46SV49U 1080p HD LCD TV.
I've updated to the latest drivers of the card and rebooted, still can't find it. I've tried going to the Nvidia control panel to try and find it with no luck, I've going to the display setting for the Windows OS and it can't detect it. Now, when I use my laptop and connect the HDMI to the TV, it will find TV no problem and display just fine. Just not with my desktop computer. It is on the correct HDMI and the TV says it has no signal when connected to the desktop.
Any ideas? I've been at this for an hour and I think I need a second opinion at this point.
