I'm having a couple of issues at the moment
1) I was trying to open some photos from photosuite platinum from my dad's my documents, but the program crashed in the middle of this so I used the task manager to end it, reopened the programs and the contents of my dad's my documents had vanished. Is there any way I can get these files back? Preferably free.
2) I don't know how long this has been there but an account called ASP.net Machine A..... has shown up, I can't think of anythng that should have created this account, it is a limited account but is password protected. Is this here for a reason, or is there a way I can get rid of it without knowing the password
