Looking for a old strip

Hey, so a long time ago I read a strip in which the character walked into a job interview, more specifically a programming job. I think he was asked to reverse a linked list,, but then he started questioning the reasons as to why was a linked list chosen to begin with, why not a better data structure. In the end he walks out of the interview and gets the job. If I remember correctly this was a penny arcade comic. Do you guys remember it/can point me to it?

While there are several comics about interviews Penny Arcade, to my knowledge, has never done a programming joke of that depth (or a programming joke at all.) You are probably thinking of a different comic.

Yeah, that sounds like something XKCD would do, maybe UserFriendly.

You're thinking of Virtual Shackles. Here's the strip in question.
