    In that episode, it seemed like he was emphasizing the distinction between "material" he likes to watch, and actual activities he would be interested in engaging in. I think everyone makes that distinction, the gap is just much wider with him than for most people? That is what I took away from it.

    In one of the earlier episodes, when Mike says that after they make the Comic Jerry just watches porn, he makes an offhand comment about how it doesn't sound like there are any girls in that scene and Jerry responds that there aren't.

    Doesn't make him bi, but it was a hilarious moment.

    IMHO you're attaching too much of the sexual context onto the facial expression.
    I do not think it relates, or that he's already engaged in it.

    I think the face, and that one of his hands is no longer in the prior position, is essentially the "we are now getting serious/dangerous" scene.
    It is a classic setup that is usually similar. Start off in a relaxed position, and then the character would suddenly put their hands down, lean forward, and with a severe stern gaze deliver the message that means: shit just got real.

    Not very unlike the "I'm not always, but when I do" meme.
