    Dear god that programer is so Wrong.... Panel 2 is the only one where his 'nose' could even be mistaken for a nose and not some sort of phalic orange elephant-trunk. The more I look at it the more i'm revolted. In panel 3 in particular where it's just dangling past his lower lip, it makes me vaguely nausiated. These things should not be allowed to be.

    I am kinda surprised that this delay is not a bigger story. This is probably the largest financial blunder in gaming history.

    Potential for billions in revenue lost in software and subscriptions/micropayments alone, not to mention lost opportunities for merchandising, hardware sales and services.

    As far as trenchnose goes these aren't particularly terrible to me. At least neither of them have the inverted nose thing where the negative space makes it look like an empty hole instead of a nose.

    Looking at it again, I feel like the art in this strip has to intentionally be a call-out to The Trenches. Not just in the nose, but generally the whole design of the characters.
