Need a Vista guru... script to change background image/video?

I was sitting around bored and though it would be cool to have a desktop background dependant on the time of the day. Now obviously changing it every hour myself is pretty lame, but I thought it would be cool to have an automated task run hourly to change my desktop background as time goes by.
I've figured out how to use the Vista task scheduler (which is ridiculously easy and took all of 30 seconds), now I just need to know if it's possible to write a simple script (bat file maybe?) to change the current desktop background. Ideally I'd like to switch between videos for Dream Scene, but I'd be content with pictures.
Any input?
