I don't know how you managed. I read most of the OP article quote and then got as far as people speculating about one of the companies 'dropping the ball' and decided whatever fuck that.
So wait... does this mean Mario and Sonic will finally compete against one-another? I was kind of hoping it'd be Smash Bros and not the Olympics but whatever. Hurdles are a good choice though, since Sonic is a fast runner and Mario is an expert jumper it combines their strengths. Some dude from Kenya is still going to win though.

I loved that dude's style. He trained in Texas, if I remember correctly.
I keep expecting to get sick of Will Ferrel since he's doing roughly 5 movies a year at this point, but I can't stop liking the guy. I'm sure he'll get old if he keeps it up though, so once he's done with this next battery of comedies he might want to think about laying low for a bit. I don't know though, he might just be stockpiling cash for when people no longer consider him funny.
Talladega nights was funny very sparingly, but the dinner table scene was legendary.
Thats how his movies usually seem, one or two great scenes make the whole movie. The only exception to this is Anchorman, because he had alot of help from the other actors.

Gay jokes are pretty lame. Not because they're offensive, because they really aren't any more, but because they're just easy. It's like a comedic cop-out.
Sometimes his stuff SNL would be too "look how over the top and obnoxious I can be" and that stuff pretty much bugs me. But like, the first night Norm was gone from Weekend Update, Will Ferrell was playing a guest on the news and he kept calling Colin Quinn "Norm" and it was pretty hilarious.
