FFVI Advance on Ebay: Is this a bootleg?

I was looking for FFVI A on ebay, because it's too expensive in Brazil and at the online stores, and I found a few auctions with very low starting prices, ridiculously cheap shipping and the seller is on an eastern country.... like THIS
It's kinda too good to be true, what do you guys think? is this a bootleg?

    The most important thing with eBay is that when you buy something you want a photograph of the physical product, not some stock photography pulled from a company's website.
