According to Wikipedia,
"Steam is a digital distribution, digital rights management, multiplayer and communications platform developed by Valve Corporation." According to those of us that know, Steam is the virtual equivalent of a crack dealer who will take all of your money to provide you with fleeting moments of satisfaction and joy.
And right now it is their infamous Summer Sale! Between now and July 22nd a buttload of games are reduced, with many being slashed even further for limited periods along the way. You can vote for games you want to be reduced, you can buy games for dirt cheap, you can gift them to other people, you can stock up on them until you create a backlog so huge you never want to open Steam and look at your game library again!
You can go to
this handy website which shows games offered by Steam, listed in order of how much they are reduced. Go grab yourself a bargain!
You can also talk about other PC game stuff in here. But why would you want to! SALE SALE SALE!
Also Steam have started doing trading cards, which you can turn into badges, which you can turn into backgrounds and emoticons and stuff, which you can turn into ????? Because apparently buying and playing games isn't fun enough, now buying and playing games has to in itself become a game.
The regal and majestic Fyndir has created a handy spreadsheet so that people can more easily find and advertise cards. Which is pretty rad of him!
It's right here so go use it you big nerd.

My guy appears to be wearing rollerskates though and falls down any slight hill really easily which is amusing and annoying at the same time.
But if you are in danger your heart beat speeds up, even if you can't see anything, so I just play it silently. There's no soundtrack to speak of so you're not missing anything
Should I spoiler that? I knew about it before I got the game but I can't remember if it was in the game description or not.
Get you some!
XBox LIVE: Bogestrom | Destiny
PSN: Bogestrom
I've never got to level 6 or 7.
I'd be happy to run people through elites for gear, but you'd need to find a tank that would be able to take the agro okay
I've got a point in everything in the castle, and beaten the forest and castle bosses
Just two more to go!!!!
Psh, I did that months ago
now, to murder Lord British...
Oh man, I promised myself I wouldn't spend more money on games this month but ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffuck me that's a tempting deal.

This will be here until I receive an apology or Weedlordvegeta get any consequences for being a bully
That looks super fun.
I kiiiinda wonder if eventually the gradual permanent power growth might not take away a bit much from the roguelike difficulty side of things, but I imagine that you can just opt out of using all of the crap you've unlocked if that actually happens to be the case.
That might not even end up being an issue though, and it definitely looks fun, especially some of the wacky traits.
This is my castle
It doesn't get a ton easier.
Great game. I've still never played 2, which I always mean to get around to. Fallout 3 was meh, and NV is also on my list of games to get around to.
and its friggen fantastic
just the things you can say, the reactions
New Vegas is better then 3 but buggier and less open
The charm isn't there. I walk into town, talk to one of the five people there, and make enemies who I can't really talk to afterward. I miss being able to wander around several cities and talk to several factions and then make a choice about who I want to get into bed with. (sometimes literally)
I ended up at the brotherhood of steel and they want me to go to some place called the glow and i'm like nah fuck you that sounds awfully suspicious and like I didn't crawl outa that vault yesterday its been like 2 weeks ok????
so I went east and found sandy shades and used all my ammo on some rad scorpions and convinced some dude ian to join me for free and took his caps
couldn't find any vendors any where so I punched my way through the necropolis sewers
good game
The best DLC was Point Lookout
Mostly due to the fact that I still can't get NV to RUN correctly.
Have you played the first two games? If you can get into those, New Vegas shines with a new light.
