Still uncertain as to which would be worst regarding a troll shirt: astrology nuts or Homestuck fans.
Astrology nuts who read Homestuck and would love to tell you all about how Hussie got the trolls sort of wrong and how their twelve fantrolls are much more accurate.

I just know/am somewhat afraid that someday some weird situation will arise wherein my friends find out that I know all the zodiac symbols and they'll ask me why.
I keep getting the impression that the artist is a neuro-atypical person who's chronically ill and wishes desperately, desperately that there was a magical significance to their treatment
Mostly Handia just makes me very sad

Just part of that "magical significance" thing, I guess
Or maybe an expression of the way their body is reacting to whatever treatment they're having? Trying to separate it from themselves by making it something fantastical and odd?
It never reads as sexual to me, it's something a kid would write

i don't know about that, man
if only his author-inset was afflicted it would follow with your analysis but since he "gives" it to to a range of cartoon characters who are (not coincidentally, i suspect) often sexualized, it reads to me as a very strange fetish
also, it's always the hands and never any other limbs, which indicates something other than a medical malady, unless he's suffering from early-onset arthritis
a lot of this is gut feeling, though. i feel like morgan freeman's character in se7en whenever i look at a handia picture

I relish the chance to have a place other than this thread to talk about homestuck.
they were all whoa that's cool I think I might never read it
Steam | Twitter
Still it has led to things like this shirt, my valentines day nick cage pics, and my "sweet brown and hella jeff" MS Paint background.
One night she asked me to talk about homestuck to put her to sleep (and it worked)
let alone tell them that i read it
I haven't had to resort to it yet, it's my nuclear option.
Well done for continuing the proud tradition of birthday Handias
