Which makes sense since she was one at a previous store. She's resisted this because she felt it'd be a curt thing to become one and leave the store because my job forces me somewhere else.
I point out that worst case scenario: the store has an awesome assistant manager for a couple years and repeatedly bother her to advance her career.
