Digital Voice Recorder

My wife needs to buy a digital voice recorder to record meetings so she can do the minutes for the meetings. She's looking at this one:

She needs it to be able to record multiple people talking in a room, and might potentially need to record 10+ hours of material. Does the Olympus seem like a good choice? Are there perhaps better options out there?

I got the model below that one to record lectures it works great for me I recommend it. Although I think NiMH's are a good idea it likes to eat batteries. There are better options but they cost a lot more.

I'm looking at buying this one: Olympus Digital Voice Recorder (VN4100PC)

Any of you guys have this? Would you recommend it? (I take it from the posts above that Olympus is a good brand, and if Mr Period can use his in a full sized lecture room then my 40 person lectures should be handled very well by it.)
