I basically love everything the dude has been involved in, from Where the Wild Things Are and Adaptation, to Jackass and his music videos.

And I mean, the trailer is excellent, though Where the Wild Things Are is still the best trailer ever, so thats no competition.

That cast! Joaquin Phoenix looking disheveled and lonely, Scarlett Johanson as the AI voice, Amy Adams all frumped up, Rooney Mara (the better Mara sister) as the ex, and even though they don't show up in the trailer, Chris Pratt and Olivia Wilde are also starring! Oh my goodness!

The movie looks like a mix of Lars and the Real Girl (which i absolutely love) and Mannequin, that classic 80s movie, updated for our modern times! Who hasn't fantasize about Siri, for reals?

    I do enjoy most of his movies... But... I wanted to like Where the Wild Things Are, I really did. And maybe I need to watch it again because it was watching it people who really don't appreciate good movies.

    I do own the blu ray, maybe that will be my goal for my next day off.
