Paint the Line Untapping Stamina

I was having some trouble with the search function, so bear with me if this question has already been asked. I just picked up the Paint the Line: Red Tide set and I can't find anything in the rules about how to untap your stamina. Would I be correct in assuming it works like untapping lands in M:tG and you just get to untap them all? Or does it count against the one card untapping limit per turn? Or is it something else that I'm just missing?
