A friend of mine was an enforcer at this PAX. He informed me that any lost and found picked up by enforcers went to the convention center's lost and found.
The convention center's lost and found can be reached at their security number: 206-694-5127
They didn't have my item but told me to call back between 10pm and 6am and ask for Jean, their main lost and found person. That person might have other items stored elsewhere.

EDIT: If you lost a 3DS or something and registered it at Club Nintendo, you can log in and go to your account and see the serial numbers of your registered devices. I just remembered this so that if they do have my 3DS, I can prove it's mine by giving them the serial number!
Lost - Strife Tanooki doll they were handing out from a scavenger hunt thing from the Strife game booth. It was my nieces. She set it down to have a picture taken next to Zigg's on the 1st level and someone had taken it. It was in a grey Unreal swag bag. I'm 99% sure it was stolen but who knows, that 1% may of thought it was theirs and took it anyways. I wouldn't ask questions, but I have a very bummed out 8 year old girl trying to get it back.
