Really slow loading of only Youtube movies

Hi, I've posted this to see if you have any suggestions on why I am having problems watching movies on youtube. For a few weeks now, it has taken near to half an hour to load even a short movie. This problem appears to be just for youtube. I get good download speeds for downloading everything else.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

Thanks.

Ditto, had no problems with youtube though. The odd WoW DC (a know issue between Vivendi's Euro isp and Virgin)

You using IE of FF? Any background stuff running?

I've got the same problem, mostly in the evening.

FF latest version, nothing else running. Provider is planet.nl

    It's weird.

Youtube servers get really slow occasionally. A few movies wouldn't load at all yesterday all while other movies still on YT loaded fine. Came back a while later and they were working.

Right now Google is having a hard time giving YouTube enough bandwidth to meet the demand; it gets this way for everyone.

Yeah, it happens to everyone every now and then. It's amusing/incredibly irritating how it will only affect particular clips that you want to watch, too--one clip won't load at all, while ten others will load at satisfactory speeds.
