cant download off live

I can't download movies or demos off xbox live even though I have over 6 gigs of free space...wtf. I can still save the games i do have to the HD though. This started about a week ago after I downloaded SOTN. Anyone have this problem and know what to do?

    There is a limit to how much you an dl from the Live aracde. Since you only have 6 gigs left, I'm assuming you downloaded a lot of stuff. I do not remember the exact number, but that's what I'm guessing your problem is.

    I downloaded a bunch of demos cause I was....interested in the demos. Recently as of yesterday I payed 160 MS points to buy a South Park episode but now I cant download it. So....I dunno it seems bullshit.

    Just delete a few demos and download it again.

    dogg i did all that I have 0 demos, just a little bit of music, only 4 live arcade games...

    What? I've downloaded pretty much everything Live Arcade has to offer except for some miscellaneous DLC here and there. There's no magic limit on how much you can download. In fact I've been down to 100 megs of free space on the HDD multiple times now.

    Yeah, if there was a magic number I think I would have hit it. OP, can you still play games on live?

    I can play games, download arcade games and the GTAIV trailer but nothing off of the media-TV shows section....I wanted the free Andy Milonakis and the South Park episode Cartman Sucks........I was concerned I wouldnt be able to download the HL3 Beta but that'll prob. work.

    Wait, do you get an error?

    I get an authorization error when trying to download from Video Marketplace...and I never really tried to fix it.

    yeah, the icon pops up like you just got an achievement....error:cannot download xxxxxxxx
