Identify this jazz song

My dad died about a year ago, and I have a memory of him playing his trumpet to a jazz song probably from the late 80s early 90s. I'd love to find it. I played the first 8 bars of the melody. I know PA has a real streak for finding these types of things. If you know the album too all the better. https://www.dropbox.com/s/vvev5hbtpa615rk/Jazz memory.m4a

That's Chuck Mangione, but I forget the name of that song. Hold on I'll find it in a sec.

Yeah, as soon as you said trumpet from 80s, Chuck is the first guy that popped into my head. He was before my time, but I still love his music.

For the record, Mangione is playing a flugelhorn there, not a trumpet. They are not dissimilar instruments, but the flugelhorn's conical bore gives it a smoother sound than the trumpet, which has a cylindrical bore.
