Dealing with Pearson Publishing (etextbook)

I purchased unlimited access to an online textbook through Pearson's online store at the end of August for a 5 week master's course. When the course ended at the beginning of October, I lost access to the etextbook on their website, and after repeated emails, Pearson has taken the line, "well just contact the professor about re-enrolling in the course," as they linked the book to a course.

So essentially, I have done the right thing buying a book (and I opted for full price over a simple 3 or 6 month access), and even if I had taken the cheaper alternatives, I would never have had access to the book more than 5 weeks.

Beyond calling up my credit card company and asking for a chargeback, at this point, what recourse do I have?

Why would you do anything other than a charge back?

You paid for a service that you aren't getting.
