I've posted interviews from this guy before, mainly because they're all fantastic. Listen to how Paul Heyman, the always dastardly and despicable wrestling personality, converses:
He's not Paul Heyman the wrestling personality. He's just Paul Heyman. Dolph needs to just go out and be Nick Nemeth when talking to the media. This isn't the 80s. Heels don't go around slapping people in the mouth anymore. Faces and heels don't ride separate buses and hate each other in public. People know it's a show. Nicky should probably start acting like he knows it, too.
Thankfully it's back to 4 weeks till SS but then it's 3 again till TLC.
1. Don't fantasy book with your picks. Because your opinions and ideas are awful, and you should feel bad that you have them. Now, this rule really doesn't apply to me, but I also am not a mouth-breathing idiot like the rest of you, so when I fantasy book something, there's a good chance I'm right.
2. Take your time with the picks. This is not a race. There is no award for being the first moron to submit his picks. The only thing that gets you is a pat on the head and the knowledge that wirehead probably picked the PPV way better than you.
3. No seriously, you all have bad opinions. At this point I am almost convinced that you guys are new to wrestling and are just pretending to have watched shows from the past. Stop having bad opinions.
Now, I know a lot of you won't heed my advice, and that's fine, because those people were destined to suck at this anyway. And for the people who do take my advice? Well, it will be nice to have some competition for once.
As for my other grievance, I'm calling out one @EvilBadman . Specifically, why he's dogged me these past few PPVs in regards to a title shot. I've gone out and done everything. I lead the Pick'em. I won the Tag Belts. I won Money in the Bank. I know that our beloved GM TLB is gone, but you've continued to let Pwnan hold the title, and he's been so bad, that the Great Khali looks like the greatest World Champion of all time in comparison. So I'm demanding that I get the title shot that I've earned by being the face of this Pick'em for so long.

You've got a grievance? You? What about me? I was undefeated Average Champion, I destroyed any and all challengers with a flawless display of picking skill. Face wins straight down the card? Bam, picked, done, only 1 point off perfection. PPV after PPV I defend my crown. What does that get me? The Average Belt is retired just before Wrestlemania and I get shoved into the midcard.
I made a game, it has penguins in it. It's pay what you like on Gumroad.

Your Average Championship run was just that. Average. I was the longest reigning Pick'Em champ! I was beating the likes of 411Random and Hubris before it was cool! Me, the little guy from Eastern Canuckistan!
Sure lately I've been relegated to a spot that would make The Great Khali envious but I'm back on track and cracked the Top 20 as of last update. I'm going to make a greatest comeback since The Rock came back for the second time, and I never left!
It's been interesting the way they've handled Punk and Bryan over the last couple years. They've understood that part of why those guys got over was because of the "smarks" and so they've played up that aspect that they're not the typical WWE "sports entertainers", but legit wrestlers who've paid their dues etc. I've been generally pretty impressed with how WWE has handled blending kayfabe with reality, acknowledging on some level that those two guys are stars in part because they're unique and don't quite fit in the WWE mold, and also acknowledging the backstage politics that have held them back. It's becoming more explicit with HHH's "business" talk but there's still enough of a kayfabe justification for their language that I haven't felt it's gotten too blatantly smarky the way .. other companies sometimes do. Like, even for people who aren't as aware of the way wrestlers get pushes and everything, the storyline is such that HHH talking about wanting to have a star to promote the brand and everything makes sense on the kayfabe surface.
