extra notes- This is a two bed room I will be having 1 bed so there will be 1 bed left here is how I am gonna work the room sitution
if there is a total of 4 people it comes out to 193 per person
myself and whoever wants the other bed will pay 200 well the other two people who take the floor will pay 171 a piece so we will just say 170 to make it easy.
if there is a total of 5 people it comes out to 154 per person
myself and whoever wants the other bed will pay 175 a piece well the other three people who take the floor will pay 140.00 a piece. Also if we do 5 people someone will have to share a room key as I am only able to do 4 room keys.
not sure if this is the norm since this is my 1st time doing this but if it is I would request a holding fee of half of your share about 2 months before the show we can do it through paypal so you are protected if you would like and it is what I would suggest. If this is not the norm forget about it just was not sure as I have never done this before. Any other questions feel free to ask.

Hey everyone, I'll be looking for two spots. I'll be attending PAX while my friend will not, she'll be touring Boston while I'm at PAX. Additional Notes/Requests: One spot left for a suite in the super-new, super-cool Residence Inn Downtown Seaport, one of the now-four walkable hotels that was just added to OnPeak. Multi-room suite has a king bed, pull-out sofa, two tvs, full kitchen, wifi, and hot breakfast. We are keeping it to five people so nobody feels crowded. I like board games, making friends, and not smoking. If you like those things too we'll get along great; if not... we'll probably still get along, I'm a pretty easy-going guy.
Note II: I'll be asking for a payment up front. Check preferred but I can take paypal or CC number. If your plans change I just ask that you find a replacement so I don't get left holding the bag, and I'll be happy to return anything you've paid me to that point once that happens.
