ManetherenWolf's Christmas Adventure(Not so Secret Santa)
>Read leaflet “Welcome to FORK! FORK is a game about adventure, high spirits and awesomeness. In it you will explore some of the most amazing terrain ever seen by mortals. No Christmas should be without one!”
>Enter cave As you enter the mouth of this cave, you pick up the scent of guano. You immediately begin to question your decision to come here, but ultimately you press forward. The call of this place is too great for you to ignore, although you don’t know why just yet. Moving forward, you see a room with three passageways in it. One leads to the East, one to the North, and one to the West. You detect a faint smell coming from the West.
>Go West
After following a curvy passage for a minute or two, you emerge in a large room. It seems to be an arena of some sort: There is an area marked with boundaries, and you can see several well-worn stones next to it, as if they were used for sitting. There are two passageways that lead out of here: one to the North, and one to the South.
>Examine bones
These appear to be from animals not native to this land. They form skeletons of all shapes and sizes. At the bottom of the pile is a book.
>Read book
It is a diary. The last entry reads: “GOD DAMNIT all my Froakies are torrent. I NEED some PROTEAN! I’ll get this right if it takes me all week…”
>Open door
You walk into a trophy room of some kind. There are many rusty and faded trophies lying on the walls and floor. In the center of the room, you see a pristine looking trophy.
>Take Trophy
As you touch the trophy, you feel a sudden rush of power coming from somewhere. The plaque begins to receive a new inscription. Underneath the title, you see your name being engraved. After it finishes, you hear a solid THUNK coming from the trophy, as if something is inside the cup.
>Look in cup
You see a rock, with the word UL carved on it. AFTER INSCRIBING THE WORD ON TABLET #3, YOU MAY OPEN IT. (As I said in the SS thread, apologies for mucking up the timing.)
>Go North
You return to the arena. Nothing has changed. You return to the starting crossroads.
You see things-that-can't-be-called-grues-stupid-copyright-law blocking both remaining passages. However, you know that they tend to be very territorial, and that if you don't approach them, you'll be fine. You just have to wait until they leave. (Also I need to get some sleep so I can get up tomorrow morning)
>Go Down Staircase
You go down the staircase. After about 10 minutes, you reach the bottom. You will not relish going back up. You see around you lit torches in sconces along each wall. They illuminate a circular chamber, with a radius of about 20 feet. At the opposite end of the room, there is a stairway leading up. There are six indentures in the wall, three on each side.

That's nice.

Go North
A geologist, eh? Good on you.
>Go North
You go through the passageway, and after a brief turn to the left, emerge in a small room. There is a large pile of bones in the corner.
These appear to be from animals not native to this land. They form skeletons of all shapes and sizes. At the bottom of the pile is a book.
read book
It is a light book.

...AND you're into anatomy? Nice, man.
>Exit
You return to the arena room.
After a few meters, you find yourself in front of a stout wooden door.
You walk into a trophy room of some kind. There are many rusty and faded trophies lying on the walls and floor. In the center of the room, you see a pristine looking trophy.
What
The trophy plaque reads, “The Best Arena Fighter That Ever Fought”

ok... go north to arena
(if nothing happens there) East to the start point.
You return to the arena. Nothing has changed. You return to the starting crossroads.

In case you were still confused this is part of his Secret Santa gift.
>Go North
You see a staircase, descending down. You cannot see the end. You are likely to be eaten by…something.
I throw the rock down the stairwell.
The rock sails into the darkness. You hear it impact the staircase, then keep rolling down. It goes for quite a while.
