Finding good music

Lately I've fallen into a music rut. I used to get new songs all the time, but now my music pool has pretty much stagnated. I've been using:
http://pandora.com/ but this tends to just put out songs that are similar in style to the ones I put in, but are a bit boring.
I also use http://hypem.com/ sometimes, but a lot of the songs are too indie/not really my style.

For example, right now I'm looking for some good music in romance languages. Examples of stuff I've liked is
Spanish - Mana - Vivir Sin Aire, Ricardo Arjona - Pinguinos En La Cama, Gipsy Kings - Djobi, Djoba
French - MC Solaar, Tryo
Portuguese - Djavan - Samurai, Carlinhos Brown - A Namorada, Cidade Negra - O Ere

Can anyone recommend any other songs?

I'd also recommend last.fm as a program, you can do it by band rather than song, but if you don't like everything being the same you can also do it by genre...which helps. It's essentially a live stream radio. Also if you have friends on the site it'll generate radio stations according to their music tastes, it helps.

I can't really reccomend any foreign bands to my knowledge, I apologize.
