Task Manager/Job Tracking App for iPad. Help me find one.

My job is fixing cell phones and tablets etc. Someone comes in and if I don't have a part on stock I order it and write all the information down in a notebook. I want to use a more modern solution so I am looking for an app for my iPad that will do several things. I would like to be able to put all the pertinent information in such as customer information, type of repair, cost, the date the part was ordered, etc. I would also like to be able to check or toggle things such as if they paid or not, if the part has been received and I have called them etc. So maybe there would be a star next to the order if I have called them that the part is in, something like that. I have been unable to find anything that seems to have this functionality so far. I hope this is making sense what I want it to do. I could just make a spreadsheet but what's the fun in that. If anyone knows of anything like this please let me know. Free is best but I would be willing to pay for something that really had all the features I am looking for as it is a work expense.
