Early Access [Steam] Thread
I am proud to announce that the Steam thread (which made 300% of its funding goal on Kickstarter) is now available for open alpha.
Features include single player, multiplayer (requires port forwarding and making blood sacrifices to the packet gods) and a menu screen that probably won't give you a BSOD.
Textures and story content will be released in the next update.

It's still an alpha apparently but it's very stable and a very well rounded game if incomplete so far.
What if we add zombies?
Please don't tell me this is an actual thing that happened.
Please.
Mighty Number 9
Oh yeah, those games'll be inaccessible afterward, won't they?
I still haven't played the expansion packs I bought.
Hopefully they don't
But that's assuming FedEx tracking is right, which I have decided throughout this travail to be absolute horseshit
I just wanna build this dang thing!
Anime Toast, Valve is watching you.
Steam
1. Basic Internet (1 Mbps max): $29.99 per month or $79.99 three months
2. Standard Internet: 2.5 Mbps max): $39.99 a month or $99.95 3 months
3. Premium Internet (5 Mbps max): $49.99 a month or $119.95 three months.
Based on all the Steaming and Streaming I'll probably be doing the next four months, should I opt into the premium service, or will standard be sufficient?

Also I can't really watch youtube or stream anything while steam is downloading.
The allowance is probably more important really.
But then, their cap sucks for as much streaming and steam stuff we use.
Also they kinda run all competition out of town so their prices are insane.
If I wanted their top speed it's like 200 bucks a month for 100 megabits p/s
The have a 50 but it's still 100 bucks a month, and the 35 I get is 80.
If I moved 37 miles south of here to BG and got Time Warner I could get 50 megabits for the same price I pay here.
I built a PC
It works and isn't on fire and everything is great and man oh man do I feel proud of myself
good job man, it's not so hard once you try it once.
Also I am having trouble with my music player freezing as it reads stuff off my old HDD.
It's confusing, all the smart data is fine...
And only possible in the last 10 years
If you did so before then you are a liar and I will fight you
SSDs are a hell of a drug.
Steam
I did it in 2003
I was going to say I did this, but then I remembered the motherboard of my 2001 machine wasn't compatible with my CPU without a bios upgrade, so I had to buy a shitty $50 cpu so I could boot the machine and update the bios.
Plus seating the ram in that thing was a pain in the ass.
started me2, like the better graphics, but hate the whole ammo thing
Pffff
Don't believe it
does this mean that EVERY game that uses it simply can't be played anymore, as of June or whenever?
or are some companies trying to patch it out?
Retribution is Steamworks so no rush on that one (except if you wanted to co-op it with someone wink wink) but yeah, Dawn of War 2 and Chaos Rising are GFWL
but even against the ai it feels really rad to win
I have no idea what I'm doing
