I have a Dell Modular Bay CDBurner/DVD-ROM. The little bugger is making a terrible clicking sound trying to read burned DVDs now for some reason. Time to get a new little bastard or something possibly fixable?

    I wouldn't trust it not to destroy a disc. A drive like that is relatively cheap to replace. And it's a great excuse to upgrade! :-)

    Ha, true. Buying it direct from Dell is around 70 bucks and I can't find a better offer. I'd prefer to save my money, though.
