How do you change the ticket delivery address?

Hey everyone,

So I checked the FAQ but, for whatever reason, I am unable to find the "little blue balloon" that it mentions to help guide you through the change process.

Basically, I moved to a different province and need to change that address to which the tickets are being delivered. Is there a support email that I can contact? Or is there an easy way of doing this online through the site?

I apologize in advance if this is posted in the wrong thread.

    since you posted this in the general pax area and not a specific pax area I'm not sure which pax you are referring to. In general, we ask that questions like this be posted in the FAQ threads for the pax they relate to so we can be sure we address the answer with the right information (in many cases, for example, pax east would have a different answer from pax aus).

    The answer, though, is that you can log in to showclix and change it there. https://www.showclix.com/my-tickets/login

    You had to give them an email and a password to set up an account if you didn't already have one when you bought the tickets.
