I'm looking for a nice, php survey system to use for a company website. I'm looking for something web 2.0ish, with some AJAX goodness, and doesn't look like ass.
I've found some nice PHP Survey Systems, but they all look like crap. I'm sure I could reskin/code them, but i'm wondering if someone has something out there already.
