This
probably doesn't go in this category, but I just need a place to direct eyeballs to.
---
We're hiring a part time office/facilities admin to help with a lot of the busy work that comes with the medium sized office that is Penny Arcade.
What does an office admin at PA do? A little bit of everything, but a daily slice would see ordering supplies, taking on an odd project or two with the various groups, dealing with general correspondence, paying bills, making sure the physical infrastructure bits to PA are in good order... pretty much making sure everything in the background is humming smoothly while the more forward facing parts of PA do what they need to do.
You need to be able to lift 50 lbs, have no problem appearing in front of a camera, and should be fully aware of the work environment that is PENNY ARCADE. (See PA: The Series) You also must have reliable transportation to the Redmond, WA area.
Skill-wise, we're looking for these three fundamental things:
1. Be organized.
2. Be a self-starter.
3. Be a quick study.
It's currently a part time position, but does offer full dental, vision, and health benefits, as well as eligibility for our corporate 401k contributions.
Send me an email (rkhoo@penny-arcade.com) with your resume and the subject line "2014 Office Manager Position" by February 28th, 2014 at 11:59 PM.
Thanks!
Some guy.
