Spring Break Road Trip Ideas

I have April 4th through April 13th off of work (I'm a teacher) and am looking at possibilities for a solo road trip. I'm starting out from the west-side of Michigan. My idea would be to take three-ish days of driving, stopping off at places along the way, then ending up at somewhere warm for a couple days, before starting back. Ideally I would have somewhere I could lay out by a pool or on a beach and read (70+ degrees Fahrenheit) without being in at a super crowded spring break destination. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
