I used to keep google chat "off the record" just because I didn't need saved histories of convos. At some point the transition to google hangouts appears to have disabled this. I don't really care, except that now all of my chats are showing up in my mail searches, which drives me to distraction.
How do I remove all of these hangouts conversations from my inbox searches? I'm trying to find a specific e-mail and everything is cluttered with instant message convos.
How do I get the damned thing to stop storing convo history again?
